- Estimated Delivery: Depending on your location and courier service, orders are generally delivered within 2–7 days after dispatch.
- Lost or Undelivered Orders: If an order is confirmed lost or cannot be delivered to your provided address, the full order amount will be refunded.
- COD Delivery: Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may take an additional 1–2 days to arrive compared with prepaid orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- To use the Cash on Delivery service, all items in your cart must be eligible for COD.
- Payment must be completed at the time of delivery. The package cannot be opened before payment is made.
